How credits work
Every movement is recorded in an immutable ledger so the original balance, redemptions and any authorised reversals remain traceable.
When are credits added?
Only after Beam confirms a successful payment. Refreshes or duplicate webhook events cannot add the credits twice.
How long is my package valid?
Your package is valid for 365 days from Beam's confirmation of successful payment. The exact expiry date is included in your confirmation email.
How is a visit deducted?
An authorised team member records one redemption with the related booking reference after verifying the eligible visit.
Can I transfer my package?
No. MIMIQ 15 and MIMIQ VIP are personal and non-transferable. Credits cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with another offer unless expressly stated.
Can the wrong deduction be corrected?
Yes. The original entry is never edited or deleted; an authorised reversal creates a new traceable ledger entry.
