03Gift Card Terms

These gift-specific terms should be read together with MIMIQ’s general Terms & Conditions.

01Validity

Gift cards are valid for 12 months from their issue date. The expiry date appears on the card. An expired card cannot be used unless MIMIQ confirms otherwise in writing.

02Single use

Each gift card is redeemable once. A service gift card covers the named service. A monetary voucher is applied once to one transaction; any unused balance is not carried forward.

03Booking & availability

Advance booking is required and remains subject to availability. The card number must be provided when booking and the gift card shown at the appointment.

04Value & upgrades

Service cards are sold at the price shown on this page with no current discount. If the recipient chooses a higher-priced eligible service, the difference must be paid at the studio. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

05Payment & delivery

Payment is processed securely by Beam Checkout. The buyer is redirected to Beam to choose an available payment method. The PDF gift card is issued only after MIMIQ receives a verified payment confirmation from Beam.

06Loss, changes & legal rights

Keep the unique card number private. Contact MIMIQ promptly about a lost or misdirected card. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.
